Type Class Description here:
Bells, Balls & Bikes – Spinning intervals with 10 minute segments of kettle bells and balls
HIIT Cycle –High Intensity Interval Training, is team taught with biking intervals
Basic Step N Pump – Beginner level class with weights added in
Power Body Sculpt – Vigorous non stop sculpting. A workout for the entire body to shape lean muscle and       rev up your metabolism.
Zumba – Interval fitness training and resistance training with a dance flair.
Zumba Toning – taught using both weights and zumba to sculpt and tone you into a lean new you
Yoga I – gentle level classes   Power Yoga – Take your body to the next level. Increase strength, flexibility and well being.
Insanity with Core – High powered cardio drills combined w/boxing, spinning and intense cross training
Circuit Training –spinning intervals combined with alternating segments of body weighted bootcamp moves.
Cardio Bootcamp – 10 minute cardio segments with intervals of boxing, step, Bosu, bike , etc..
Spinning – An incredible cardio workout. This class does have an extra fee and requires advance signup.
